Banana Oat Bread
Pre heat oven to
350, and grease 12 cup bunt pan.
In large mixing
bowl, whisk together,

2 cups white whole wheat flour

½ cup wheat bran
·
1 cup oats
·
½ cup whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder
·
1 teaspoon baking soda
·
1 tablespoon cinnamon
·
½ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon coriander
·
½ teaspoon salt
Stir in 1 cup
pumpkin seeds.
In another large
mixing bowl, whisk together,

2 eggs

1 ½ cup brown sugar

6 mashed bananas

2/3 cup oil
